Founded by former SoFi CEO Mike Cagney and launched in 2021, Tend was a financial technology company that aimed to provide a comprehensive financial platform for its members. For a monthly membership fee, Tend offered a suite of services including banking, spending, saving, borrowing, and investing, all accessible through a single mobile application. The company's mission was to offer a more unified and advantageous financial experience compared to traditional banking. In March 2023, Tend was acquired by Figure Technologies to be integrated into Figure's broader financial services marketplace.
