Overall Thought

First of all, thanks for the help center, if it's not for the provided information, I would have probably given 100 questions already. My first deposit went smooth, I used Skrill to deposit, no delays or fees were there. I also like that there wasn't a limit of $100 or more for a deposit, bcuz even $100 is a big deal for me. I've also seen that there are no comissions on withdrawals either (if its VISA or Skrill) so its also good. I don't think I will withdraw anything yet because I am still learning how to trade, but it's nice to know.

Not really into leaving reviews, but I am really impressed with the quality of service I recieved from the support team. My registration and verification proceeded smoothly, and even when I had an issue with a payment, it was resolved very quickly, even though the mistake was from me... great service!

First of all, thanks for the help center, if it's not for the provided information, I would have probably given 100 questions already. When I stepped up on the platform for the first time, I headed educational section because I don't have any prior experience in trading and I needed to get basic knowledge about what I was supposed to do to start making money. Not only does XM broker provide Live education sessions, but also some podcasts, market overview, webinars and many other things. The only thing I can scold them for - abundance of everything. It's easy to get confused especially when you have no experience in trading. Still, it's possible to get away with it. Just take time and put effort to understand everything.

Diversification in trading is important but it’s not an easy thing to learn. It demands a lot of knowledge about the correlation of the trading instruments and a lot of practice. This is an aspect that usually new traders learn in the end, instead of in the beginning. For me, this is the most important aspect of trading regarding risk management. Aside from learning how to mitigate risk, you need a broker who provides a solid market range to do so. In this regard, XM excels with its wide market range. Plus, it’s a reliable broker with more than 10 years of history in the market.
