Stackfolio

Founded in 2015 and based in Atlanta, Georgia, Stackfolio created a B2B platform to modernize the loan trading process for banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions. Its core offering was a marketplace for whole loan and loan participation trading, complemented by a suite of data analytics tools to help institutions manage risk, pricing, and compliance (such as ALM and CECL). In March 2021, Stackfolio was acquired by NYDIG, a leading bitcoin technology and financial services firm, to integrate its team and technology into NYDIG's platform, helping to provide bitcoin-related services to US banks.
