Following a 2021 directive from Nigeria's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding digital investment platforms, the company restructured its business. It now operates as the Crowdyvest Cooperatives Multipurpose Society Limited, focusing on providing a range of savings plans and investment products to its members, aiming to foster a community dedicated to financial growth and freedom.
