CBF Church Benefits Board

Founded in 1996, the Church Benefits Board (CBB) is a not-for-profit ministry partner of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF). Its mission is to care for ministers and staff of CBF-affiliated churches and organizations by offering comprehensive benefits packages. CBB administers a 403(b)(9) retirement plan, allowing participants to invest for their future, and provides access to group insurance plans, including medical, dental, life, and disability coverage. The organization focuses on the unique financial needs of those in ministry, providing resources and support to ensure their long-term well-being.
