Ancoa Software

Founded in 2010, Ancoa Software was a UK-based company specializing in contextual surveillance and insightful analytics for exchanges, regulators, and buy- & sell-side firms. Their platform was designed to help financial institutions monitor trading activity to detect and investigate potential market abuse and ensure regulatory compliance with mandates like MAR (Market Abuse Regulation). In May 2017, Ancoa was acquired by Swedish financial technology provider Cinnober. Subsequently, Nasdaq acquired Cinnober in January 2019, and the Ancoa product line was eventually discontinued.
