Western Refining Wholesale

Western Refining, Inc. was a U.S.-based independent oil refining and marketing company headquartered in El Paso, Texas. It operated primarily in the Southwestern and Upper Midwest regions of the United States. The company's business included crude oil refining, transportation, and the wholesale and retail marketing of petroleum products like gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. The "Wholesale" division was responsible for selling these refined products in bulk to other distributors, retailers, and commercial customers. In 2017, Western Refining was acquired by Tesoro Corporation, which subsequently rebranded to Andeavor. In 2018, Andeavor was acquired by Marathon Petroleum Corporation, and all of Western Refining's former assets and operations were fully integrated into Marathon's business.
