RolloN, managed by the Association Monnaie Normande Citoyenne (AMNC), is a local and complementary currency for the Normandy region of France. Its mission is to promote the local economy by encouraging spending within a network of approved local businesses, producers, and service providers. Functioning on a 1-to-1 parity with the Euro, the currency aims to create social bonds, support short supply chains, and foster a more sustainable and ethical economic model. The initiative was launched to re-localize wealth and give citizens more control over their local economic development.
