Link Fund Solutions

Link Fund Solutions Limited (LFSL) was a leading provider of fund administration services, including acting as an Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) and management company (ManCo) for investment funds in the UK and Europe. The company was responsible for the regulatory and operational oversight of funds on behalf of asset managers. Historically part of the Australian-based Link Group, LFSL became widely known for its role as the ACD for the collapsed Woodford Equity Income Fund. In October 2023, following significant regulatory scrutiny, the business, assets, and employees of Link Fund Solutions were acquired by the Waystone Group, a global provider of services to the asset management industry. The original legal entity, LFSL, is now in the process of being wound down.
