Honestly I have had a fair share of discouraging customer service.i recently paid some money into my account but had difficulty withdrawing it took days to get it out.would have closed the account but had to rethink my decision.please work more on your customer service.

It is not user friendly and their service is very poor i tried doing an online transaction since June and they deducted the amount from my bank and the transaction was not successful. up till now, i haven't gotten my money back.
