In 2018, to reflect its national digital presence and broader product offerings, the company rebranded to Laurel Road Bank. In April 2019, KeyBank acquired the digital lending business of Laurel Road, integrating its platform and services. Today, Laurel Road operates as a digital banking brand of KeyBank, continuing its focus on providing tailored banking and lending solutions to healthcare professionals and graduates.
