Founded in 1993, ConQuaestor Interim Professionals established itself as a leading specialist in the Netherlands for mediation and deployment of interim professionals in finance and control. The company focused on providing temporary expertise for roles such as controller, financial manager, and internal auditor to a wide range of organizations. In 2016, ConQuaestor merged with DPA to form one of the largest specialist secondment and consultancy companies in the Netherlands. The combined entity, DPA Professionals, offers a broader range of services across various sectors, though the original ConQuaestor expertise in finance remains a core component. The ConQuaestor brand has since been integrated into the DPA brand.
