Banking Agency of the FBiH (FBA)

The Banking Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBA) is an independent, non-profit institution established in 1996. Its core mission is to preserve and strengthen the stability of the banking and microcredit system within the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, thereby protecting depositors and other creditors. The FBA is authorized for issuing licenses, performing supervision, and imposing control measures on banks, microcredit organizations, leasing companies, and other financial institutions operating within its jurisdiction.
