Armed Forces Financial Network

Established in 1985, the Armed Forces Financial Network (AFFN) is an electronic transfer network (ETN) founded to serve the unique financial needs of U.S. military personnel, veterans, and their families. It partners with a large group of U.S. banks and credit unions to provide members with secure and convenient access to their accounts via a global network of ATM and POS terminals located at or near U.S. military installations worldwide. AFFN's mission is to ensure service members have reliable financial access, regardless of where they are stationed.
