The Personal Investment Management & Financial Advice Association (PIMFA) is the UK's leading trade body for the wealth management, investment services, and financial advice sector. Formed in June 2017 from the merger of the Wealth Management Association (WMA) and the Association of Professional Financial Advisers (APFA), PIMFA's mission is to create an optimal operating environment so that its member firms can deliver the best outcomes for their clients. It represents its members' interests to the government, regulators, and other policymakers, and provides industry-leading guidance, training, and events.
