Gesoma Financial Services presented itself as an online platform for financial and investment services. However, it operated without the necessary authorization and was flagged by multiple European financial regulators in late 2021. The UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a public warning, stating the firm was targeting UK consumers illegally and was likely a "clone firm" impersonating a previously legitimate, but no longer authorized, UK entity. Similarly, Italy's CONSOB and Belgium's FSMA blacklisted the firm for illegally offering services and operating a fraudulent trading platform. The company's websites have since been taken offline, and it is not considered a legitimate business.
