Founded in 2002, First Priority Financial Inc. was a privately held, non-bank mortgage originator headquartered in Irvine, California. The company specialized in providing a variety of residential mortgage loans, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans, to customers across the United States. It focused on a customer-centric approach, aiming to simplify the mortgage process. In December 2017, the company and its assets were acquired by Caliber Home Loans, Inc., a national mortgage lender and servicer. Following the acquisition, First Priority's operations and employees were integrated into Caliber Home Loans.
