Financial Services Culture Board

Established in 2015, the Financial Services Culture Board (FSCB) is an independent, non-profit membership body dedicated to promoting high standards of behaviour and competence within the UK's financial services industry. It works with its member firms to provide practical support for their efforts to create and sustain healthy and effective cultures. The FSCB achieves this through its proprietary assessment tools, sharing good practices, and conducting behavioural science-based research to provide insights into corporate culture.
