FENCA - Federation of European National Collection Associations

Founded in 1993, the Federation of European National Collection Associations (FENCA) serves as the representative body for the European debt collection industry. Its mission is to uphold the industry's reputation by promoting ethical standards, professional conduct, and a fair and compliant approach to debt recovery. FENCA acts as a platform for its 23 member national associations, facilitating the exchange of information, representing their interests before European institutions, and working to shape a legislative environment that is fair to both creditors and consumers.
