Employees' Welfare Fund

The Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds (FEB & GIF) is a statutory body established in 1969 by an Act of the Parliament of Pakistan. Its core mission is to provide financial assistance and social security to federal government employees and their families. The organization operates two primary funds: the Benevolent Fund, which provides grants for occasions like marriage, education, and in cases of invalid retirement or death, and the Group Insurance Fund, which provides a lump-sum payment to the family of an employee who dies during service.
