Originally an independent entity, Celtic Commercial Finance (CCF) specialized in providing equipment financing and leasing solutions to businesses across the United States. In 2017, CCF was acquired by MB Equipment Finance, LLC, a subsidiary of MB Financial Bank, N.A., to expand its equipment leasing capabilities. Subsequently, in 2019, MB Financial Bank was acquired by Fifth Third Bancorp.
