Capital Market Authority

Established under the Capital Market Law issued in 2003, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) is the sole regulator of the Saudi Arabian capital market. Its primary mission is to create a fair, transparent, and efficient market, protect investors from illegal practices, and foster market development. The CMA is responsible for issuing regulations, licensing financial intermediaries, approving securities offerings, and ensuring compliance and enforcement within the market.
