TrustFinance is an open-to-all online review platform that connects companies and clients to promote trust and encourage cooperation. We are accessible to everyone, free to use, and based on transparency.
When we refer to "our platform," we refer to the Trustfinance.com
review platform as well as any other sub-domains, sub-directories,
comparable platforms, websites, or mobile apps that we administer
and make available to you.
Before using our platform we ask that you read these terms of use (which we will refer to as the “terms” going forward) so that you understand what we expect from you - and also what you can expect from us. These terms refer to the following policies, guidelines and rules, which also apply to your use of our platform:
These Terms of Service are effective immediately for unregistered users and users who register for an account or otherwise confirm acceptance of these terms on or after the revised date. For other users registered before the revision date, it will be effective thirty (30) days after the revision date. To access or use TrustFinance, you must be at least 18 years of age or, if older, the age of majority in your jurisdiction, otherwise you may not use TrustFinance.
- You and TrustFinance: When we say “you” or “your”, we mean the person browsing, accessing, searching, writing a review, or otherwise using our platform. When we say “TrustFinance”, “we”, “our” or “us”, we mean the TrustFinance entity that you contract with under these terms, which depends on where in the world you are accessing our platform from. See Our contracting entities and governing law section (section 27) of these terms for further information on which TrustFinance entity you are contracting with.
- You and TrustFinance: When we say “you” or “your”, we mean the person browsing, accessing, searching, writing a review, or otherwise using our platform. When we say “TrustFinance”, “we”, “our” or “us”, we mean the TrustFinance entity that you contract with under these terms, which depends on where in the world you are accessing our platform from. See Our contracting entities and governing law section (section 27) of these terms for further information on which TrustFinance entity you are contracting with.
- User account: In order to leave a review, comment on, like or flag a review and/or take any other action on our platform (except browsing), you must first create a user account. You are only permitted to create one user account. Your user account is personal to you and must not be transferred to anyone else.nance entity you are contracting with.
In order to create a user account you will need to sign in to the platform using either your Facebook or Google account, or alternatively using your email address and the verification code which we will send to you. Sometimes your account will be automatically created and pre-filled with your name. For example, if you click on a review invitation after purchasing a product or using a service, or when signing up via Facebook.
You will also be required to choose a username that will be displayed on the platform whenever you write a review, comment on a review or produce user generated content including any review, image or other content created by or originating from you on the platform (“user generated content”). Your username allows you to be identified by others. Remember that if you use your real name as your username, this could reveal your identity. Your username must not contain:
- anything harmful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene or illegal;
- the terms “Guest”, “Admin”, “.dk” or “.com” etc.; and
- characteristics belonging to someone else or a third party, such as the name of someone other than you.
Content from Third Parties on TrustFinance. You can access
content on TrustFinance from other users, advertisers, and
other third parties. Any original works of authorship or
information, business reviews, business photographs, logos,
adverts, postings, messages, text, files, images, photos,
original works of authorship, emails, data, or other
materials you see on TrustFinance are referred to as
"Content." You acknowledge and agree that:
- 1) We are not responsible for, and do not support, any such Content, including advertising and information about third-party products and services, advertising. This is because we have no control over such Content.
- 2) We make no representations or warranties as to the correctness, relevance, timeliness, suitability, or quality of the material contained in such Content.
- 3) We assume no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful Content made available by users, advertisers, and third parties.
You accept complete responsibility You accept full responsibility for managing who uses and has access to your user account. For instance:
- - Your user account should not be accessible to or used by anyone else, and you should not divulge your login information, including your email address and verification code, to anyone else. Please let us know right away if you believe any of your user account login data have been lost or improperly used by contacting us through this form.
- - You affirm that you will maintain the accuracy and
completeness of all information related to your user
account, including your email address. By login into your
user account, you can change your username yourself if
you'd like to.
- - All behavior associated with your user account, including any reviews, comments, and user-generated content, is your responsibility.
- - You can also choose to use our platform's quick and
simple methods to confirm your identity. You will be
required to choose a photo ID, snap a photo of that ID,
and take a selfie as part of the verification procedure.
According to our Privacy Policy, your information is
treated safely and securely.
- Your main duties are: To use our site, you must abide by the following conditions:
- You acknowledge that in order to use our platform, you must comply with these terms, our guidelines for reviewers, and our other regulations.
- You must be over the age of 18 years old.
- You may not compromise our platform's integrity or
security.
- You are not permitted to use our platform in any way that would limit its functionality or obstruct the use of others.
- You are not allowed to introduce or upload any content to our site that contains malware, including viruses.
- Fake reviews must not be written, submitted, or connected
with. When we talk about false reviews, we mean those that
don't accurately represent the quality of a company's
products or services, or those that were purposefully
written to harm a specific company's reputation.
- Any component of our platform that you change, duplicate, adapt, reproduce, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code from is prohibited.
- You must not behave abusively or disrespectfully against a TrustFinance employee, partner, client, or other platform users. In any setting, including interactions with our support teams, we will not accept any abuse or bullying of TrustFinance workers.
- You are prohibited from writing reviews that are promotional in nature and/or from using our platform to promote oneself, other
- You are not permitted to use our platform to create or deliver any capability or service that competes with our platform.
- Our rules and recommendations for Reviewers
You must respect and abide by our policies and Recommendations for Reviewers when using or accessing our platform. We reserve the right to alter and modify our Guidelines for Reviewers and our policies at any time without prior notice to you, and any changes we do make will take immediate effect without requiring further affirmative action from you.
- What TrustFinance owns
Except for content that belongs to others, like the reviews on
our platform, we own everything on our platform (see section 7
below). All intellectual property rights in the layout,
construction, and visual appeal of our platform, including all
logos, graphics, and trade dress (collectively, "our brand"),
are owned by us. You acknowledge that we have expressly
forbidden you from using any of the content on our platform or
our brand in any way other than as intended by us. This means
that unless we specifically grant you permission to use them,
you may not utilize our brand or any other content on our
platform, including TrustScores and user-submitted reviews.
- What you own
Any user-generated content you upload to or transmit via our platform is your property, and you are responsible for it. Additionally, you warrant that you have all required authorizations to produce and/or utilize such user-generated content. Your user-generated content will continue to be publicly visible on our platform and any third-party services and networks (like Google) indefinitely unless it is deleted by us for breaking our Guidelines for Reviewers, or removed by you.
- Your permission to use your user-generated content on TrustFinance
You grant us permission to use, alter, publish, and display
the user-generated content you create, upload, post, or
display on our platform anywhere in the world, in any way,
without any restrictions and without charging you anything.
Additionally, you consent that we may share your
user-generated content with other businesses or people,
including our clients, for any purpose, including the
publication, distribution, marketing, or syndication of such
user-generated content. You also give us permission to file a
lawsuit for copyright infringement against anyone who utilizes
your user-generated content without your or TrustFinance's
consent. This includes, as appropriate.
- Feedback
We value your comments, suggestions, and ideas about our
platform ("feedback"), and we may use them indefinitely
without restriction or payment to you. To be clear, this means
that if you give us any written comments or feedback, we may,
in our sole discretion, use, quote, and/or refer to any
comments or feedback.
- Problems and support
If you experience a difficulty, our support articles in our
Help Center should be able to assist you in the majority of
cases. You can get more information about online support for
our platform from our support team by getting in touch with
them using this form if you've tried our Help Center but still
need assistance.
- Integrity
As an online middleman, we appreciate you using our platform to share, explore, hear, and learn about the companies mentioned. When using our platform, you are only permitted to post genuine, unbiased reviews and user-generated content that always adheres to our Guidelines for Reviewers.
Privacy and data use
By accepting these User Terms, you confirm to have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.- Personal data: While using
our platform, you may give us or learn about us from your
confidential information. Except in cases where we share this
with our affiliates (i.e., any businesses with which we are
associated, or "affiliates") and/or you provide feedback that
does not qualify as confidential information, you and we both
agree to take reasonable steps to prevent the access of the
other's confidential information by unauthorized persons,
entities, or other third parties.
Confidential information
- Keeping it confidential: While using our platform, you may give us or learn about us from
your confidential information. Except in cases where we share
this with our affiliates (i.e., any businesses with which we are
associated, or "affiliates") and/or you provide feedback that
does not qualify as confidential information, you and we both
agree to take reasonable steps to prevent the access of the
other's confidential information by unauthorized persons,
entities, or other third parties.
Termination and suspension
We explain below when your access to our platform can be terminated or suspended.- Our rights: If you violate or threaten to violate any of these terms, our Recommendations for Reviewers, and/or our policies, we have the right to immediately cancel or suspend your access to your user account or filter user-generated content.
- Your rights: You have the option to delete your user account at
any time. If you do, all of your reviews will be removed from
our site and you won't be able to leave new ones.
Disclaimer and Liability
- OUR AND OUR AFFILIATES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU IN ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF £100.00. WE ARE
RESPONSIBLE TO YOU ONLY FOR FORESEEABLE LOSS AND DAMAGE CAUSED
DIRECTLY BY US. TO THE EXTENT THAT WE FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THESE
TERMS, WE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FORESEEABLE LOSS AND
DAMAGE (ONE HUNDRED BRITISH POUND STERLING).
- THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
AND WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
- WE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF CUSTOMERS, LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, LOSS OF CAPITAL, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, HARM TO REPUTATION, LOSS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OTHER CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXONERATING, OR SPECIAL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING LEGAL COSTS) CAUSED BY CUSTOMER OR USER COMPLAINTS SUBMITTED THROUGH TRUSTFINANCE OR ANY REVIEWS , COMMENTS OR USER GENERATED CONTENTS OF CUSTOMERS OR USERS POSTED ON TRUSTFINANCE PLATFORM AS STATED IN THE PROTECTION FROM ONLINE FALSEHOODS AND MANIPULATION ACT 29 (NO.18 OF 2019), PART 2 PROHIBITION OF COMMUNICATION OF FALSE STATEMENTS OF FACT IN SINGAPORE, SUBSECTION (1) DOES NOT APPLY TO THE DOING OF ANY ACT FOR THE PURPOSE OF, OR THAT IS INCIDENTAL TO, THE PROVISION OF AN INTERNET INTERMEDIARY SERVICE. WE ARE EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING CLIENT COMPLAINTS AND ARBITRATION THEN FORWARDING REQUESTS TO BUSINESSES IN ORDER TO ASSIST THEM IN IMPROVING THEIR SERVICES.
Disputes
- Dispute Resolution: By using this form to contact us, the
majority of your issues can be settled swiftly and to everyone's
satisfaction. You and we agree to make claims solely in the
courts indicated in the section of these conditions titled "Our
contracting entities and controlling law" (section 27) if we are
unable to resolve the matter.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and without prior notice to you. You are responsible for making sure you consistently review, comprehend, and agree to the most recent version of these terms because any modifications made to them will take effect right away without requiring your further affirmative approval, confirmation, or action.
- Changes to our platform
We reserve the right to update and modify all or a portion of our platform at any time without prior notification to you. For operational or business reasons, we may also suspend, remove, or limit the availability of all or a portion of our platform.

- Language
Although we might give you access to some resources in a different tongue, all other correspondence and notices made in connection with these terms must be made in English. If we translate these terms for you, it will simply be for your convenience and the English version will prevail. Regarding the content, we shall not be liable or responsible.
- Terms' enforcement
Any provision of these terms that is unenforceable by law on the part of either you or us will be ignored, and all other provisions will still be enforceable.
- Interpretation
When we say something is within our discretion, we mean our
full discretion. Words like "including," "like," and "for
example" are not words of limitation.
- Our contracting parties and applicable law are as follows
The laws and jurisdiction of the TrustFinance entity that you are contracting with in the table below shall govern these terms and any disagreement or claim arising out of or in connection with them, its subject matter or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
The table above shall not apply to the extent that the law in your country of residence requires application of another law and/or jurisdiction, in particular, consumer laws and regulations. If you use the platform as a client, you may be entitled to bring claims against Trustfinance in the Courts of your country of residence. This section 27 shall otherwise apply to the maximum extent permitted in your country of residence.
