Fondo FOR.TE. is a closed-end, defined contribution supplementary pension fund established through collective bargaining by social partners representing employers and workers in Italy. Its mission is to provide its members with supplementary pension benefits to what is offered by the public social security system. The fund collects contributions from both workers and employers, invests them in financial markets through mandated asset managers, and manages the individual positions of its members until they reach retirement age, aiming to build a more substantial pension for their future.
