Formation Fi was launched as a DeFi project with the mission to simplify the complex world of yield farming for users. It introduced a concept called "Risk Parity Smart Farming 2.0," which involved creating index-like pools of various crypto assets, balanced according to risk levels. The goal was to protect users from the high volatility of single assets and provide more stable, long-term returns. The protocol operated across multiple blockchains, including Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain, and had its own governance token, $FORM. However, since late 2021, the project has shown no signs of active development or team communication, and is widely considered abandoned by the crypto community.
