Forex Club LLC (US)

Forex Club LLC was the United States-based entity of the international Forex Club brand, a group of companies founded in 1997. Operating as a registered Futures Commission Merchant and Retail Foreign Exchange Dealer, the US company provided online trading services for forex to retail clients in the United States. Following significant regulatory changes in the US forex industry stemming from the Dodd-Frank Act, Forex Club LLC exited the US market in August 2012, transferring its US customer accounts to FXCM Inc. The broader international Forex Club brand continues to operate in other jurisdictions, often under the name Libertex.
