Forex Capital Trading Pty Ltd, which operated under the name ForexCT, was a financial services company founded in Australia that offered retail clients over-the-counter derivative products, including CFDs and margin foreign exchange contracts. The company provided an online trading platform and targeted individual investors. Its operations ceased following major regulatory intervention by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), which found the company engaged in a system of unconscionable conduct, leading to the cancellation of its license and its eventual liquidation.
