Forage, formerly known as InsideSherpa, is an educational technology company founded in 2017 by Tom Brunskill and Pasha Rayan. The company's mission is to bridge the gap between education and the workplace by providing students with free, open-access virtual work experience programs created in partnership with leading global companies. These programs simulate real-world tasks and projects, allowing students to develop practical skills, build their resumes, and gain a better understanding of different career paths, while helping companies engage and identify high-potential talent from diverse backgrounds.
