Founded in 2015, Fondsfrauen GmbH is the leading career network for women in the German-speaking asset management industry. Its mission is to increase the visibility of women in finance, promote gender balance, and support female professionals through networking events, a mentoring program, workshops, and an annual awards ceremony. Originally an initiative, it has grown into a formal company (GmbH) that connects thousands of women across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, fostering professional development and advocating for diversity in leadership positions.
