Founded in 2007, Euroloan Group Plc was a fintech company headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. The company developed a fully automated and scalable lending platform that processed credit applications in real-time, providing unsecured consumer loans, lines of credit, and credit card services. Euroloan's mission was to offer easy and instant credit solutions directly to consumers through a digital-first approach. The company operated primarily in Finland, Sweden, and Poland. However, it faced significant financial difficulties and was declared bankrupt in December 2019. Following the bankruptcy, its key assets, including the brand, customer portfolios in Poland and Sweden, and its credit technology platform, were acquired by Multitude SE (then Ferratum Group).
