DNB Financial

DNB Financial Corporation was the parent company of DNB First, National Association, a community bank originally founded in 1860. Headquartered in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, it provided a full range of commercial and consumer banking services, including lending, deposit products, and wealth management. The company focused on serving customers and businesses in Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia counties. In November 2019, DNB Financial Corporation was acquired by and merged into S&T Bancorp, Inc., with all former DNB First bank branches being rebranded as S&T Bank.
