The company's platform aggregated users' securities account data, automatically identified reclaimable taxes on dividends from foreign stocks, and generated the necessary country-specific tax forms. The mission was to make tax reclamation accessible and cost-effective for individual investors, a service typically utilized by large institutional investors. Despite securing funding and building a user base, the company announced it would discontinue its service and ceased all operations on July 31, 2023.
