Diversity Project North America

Launched in 2020, The Diversity Project North America is an industry-led initiative with the goal of creating a more inclusive and diverse workforce in the investment and savings industry. It brings together a community of member firms to share best practices, identify and address industry-specific challenges, and measure progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). The project focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent to deliver better outcomes for clients, employees, and the industry as a whole.
