Diverse Communities Impact Fund (DCIF)

Launched in 2024, the CIBC Diverse Communities Impact Fund is a $5 million capital fund managed by the CIBC Foundation. Its mission is to support Canadian non-profits and charities that serve marginalized groups, including Indigenous peoples, Black communities, newcomers, people with disabilities, and the 2SLGBTQ+ community. The fund provides repayable capital in the form of loans and other investments to help these organizations scale their operations, create social impact, and build a more equitable society. This initiative is part of CIBC's broader commitment to corporate responsibility and community investment.
