The company is registered with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC). Its mission is to provide a fast, simple, and secure platform for both novice and experienced investors. In late 2022, the company entered voluntary administration due to significant exposure from the collapse of the global exchange FTX. However, following a successful Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA) voted for by its creditors, Digital Surge officially relaunched and resumed full operations in early 2023.
