Digital Insight

Founded in 1995, Digital Insight established itself as a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) online banking solutions for U.S.-based financial institutions. The company's platform enabled community banks and credit unions to offer their customers features like online account management, bill pay, mobile banking, and funds transfer. After being acquired by Intuit in 2007 and later by private equity firm Thoma Bravo, Digital Insight was ultimately acquired by NCR Corporation in 2014 for $1.65 billion. It has since been fully integrated into NCR's Digital Banking business unit, which continues to power digital services for hundreds of financial institutions.
