CyberX

Founded in 2013, CyberX established itself as a leader in industrial and OT cybersecurity. The company developed an agentless platform designed to provide continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and threat detection for industrial control systems (ICS). Its core mission was to bridge the security gap between IT and OT networks for critical infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. In July 2020, Microsoft acquired CyberX to enhance its own cloud security capabilities, integrating CyberX's technology into its Azure-based IoT security services, now known as Microsoft Defender for IoT.
