Cushon is a fintech company focused on improving financial wellbeing through workplace savings. Founded in 2014, the company offers a mobile-first platform for employees to manage their pensions, ISAs, and other savings products provided through their employer. Cushon is known for its strong focus on sustainable and responsible investing, having launched what it describes as the world's first Net Zero Now pension. In June 2023, Cushon was acquired by NatWest Group, but it continues to operate as a distinct brand, aiming to combine its agile fintech approach with the scale and resources of a major banking group.
