Established in 1902, the Credit Services Association (CSA) is the only national trade association in the UK for organisations active in the debt collection and purchase industry. Its mission is to build confidence in the debt collection process by setting high standards for its members and the wider industry. The CSA provides a Code of Practice that members must adhere to, ensuring ethical and professional conduct. The association also offers training, qualifications, and lobbies on behalf of its members, representing the industry to the government, regulators, and the media.
