Credit bureau

Established in 2002, Credit Bureau (Singapore) Pte Ltd (CBS) is a joint venture between The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) and Infocredit Holdings Pte Ltd. Its mission is to facilitate more prudent lending decisions by providing its members with access to comprehensive credit information and to empower consumers to better manage their credit health. The bureau collates credit data from various financial institutions to create consolidated credit reports, which are used for risk assessment in lending, credit card applications, and other financial services.
