Credicorp Capital is the investment banking platform of Credicorp Ltd., one of the largest financial holdings in Latin America. Formed in 2012 through the integration of the investment banking arms of Banco de Crédito BCP (Peru), IMTrust (Chile), and Correval (Colombia), the company has established a strong presence in the Andean Region. Its business is structured around three main pillars: Corporate Finance (including M&A and project finance), Capital Markets (covering sales, trading, and structuring of financial instruments), and Asset Management (managing mutual funds, investment funds, and wealth for a diverse client base of corporations, institutions, and high-net-worth individuals).
