Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), sometimes known as CommBank, is an Australian multinational bank with operations in New Zealand, Asia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. It offers retail, business, and institutional banking, money management, superannuation, insurance, investment, and brokerage services, among others. As of August 2015, the Commonwealth Bank is the largest firm listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, including names such as Bankwest, Colonial First State Investments, ASB Bank (New Zealand), Commonwealth Securities (CommSec), and Commonwealth Insurance (CommInsure).
