CKDD Central Securities Depositary and Clearing Company of Montenegro (CSD&CC - Montenegro)

The Central Securities Depository and Clearing Company (CKDD) was founded in 2000 by the Government of Montenegro to ensure the efficient functioning of the country's capital market. As the central registry, it maintains electronic records of ownership for all dematerialized securities issued in Montenegro. Its core functions include the clearing and settlement of securities transactions executed on the Montenegro Stock Exchange, corporate action processing, and providing custody services, thereby playing a critical role in the safety and integrity of the national financial infrastructure.
