Citizens One

Citizens One operated as the national, non-branch-based lending arm of Citizens Bank, N.A., a subsidiary of Citizens Financial Group, Inc. It specialized in offering consumer financial products such as mortgages, home equity loans, student loans, personal loans, and auto financing to customers nationwide, including those outside of Citizens Bank's traditional retail branch footprint. In 2021, as part of a broader corporate strategy to unify its brand and services, the Citizens One name was retired, and its operations were fully integrated and rebranded under the primary "Citizens" brand.
