Citizen Hex

Founded in 2016, Citizen Hex was a venture-backed financial technology company that focused on providing liquidity for the nascent Ethereum ecosystem. The company acted as a principal trader and market maker, offering competitive, two-sided quotes for a wide range of Ethereum-based digital assets to exchanges, dApps, and other institutional players. In November 2018, Citizen Hex was acquired by ConsenSys, a leading Ethereum software company, to bolster its financial services and infrastructure offerings. Since the acquisition, Citizen Hex no longer operates as an independent entity.
