Founded in 2013, Citadel Servicing Corporation (CSC) established itself as a leader in the Non-QM (non-qualified mortgage) and non-prime mortgage lending space in the United States. The company's mission was to provide innovative lending solutions for borrowers with unique credit profiles who did not meet the strict criteria for traditional agency loans. In January 2020, to better reflect its expanded product offerings and market position, the company underwent a comprehensive rebranding and now operates as Acra Lending. The original Citadel Servicing Corp. entity has since been merged into the new corporate structure.
