As a principal investor, we look to preserve and grow wealth of the family by making direct investments or alongside our co-investment partners. Our investment scope is asset class and sector agnostic but traditionally has been more exposed to both direct investments and co-investments of private equity deals in FinTech, real estate/hospitality, healthcare and agriculture in mature markets and first-tier cities of emerging markets. As a principal investor, we concentrate on promising companies that are cash flow positive, however, we are also open to novel, early-stage opportunities with a proof of concept that demonstrate an exceptional competitive advantage.
