Founded in 2007, Centric Financial Corporation, operating as Centric Bank, was a community-focused financial institution headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In August 2022, an agreement was announced for its acquisition by First Commonwealth Financial Corporation, which was officially completed on January 31, 2023, with all Centric Bank locations and services being integrated into First Commonwealth Bank.
