Brown Undergraduate Finance Board

The Undergraduate Finance Board is a key branch of the Brown University Student Government. Its primary mission is to enrich the undergraduate experience by providing financial resources to a diverse array of student-led organizations and activities. Funded by the mandatory Student Activities Fee paid by all undergraduates, the UFB operates through a structured process to review budget requests, ensuring fair, transparent, and viewpoint-neutral allocation of funds. The board is composed of elected student representatives who are responsible for managing and distributing a multi-million dollar budget annually to support events, publications, and services for the campus community.
