Founded in 2012, BoardPackager was created to modernize the traditionally paper-based and inefficient process of completing and submitting real estate board applications. The cloud-based platform provides a standardized digital solution for real estate agents, applicants, and property managers to collaborate on, manage, and review complex application packages securely and efficiently. In 2021, the company was acquired by the real estate technology brokerage Compass, but it continues to operate under its own brand, serving as a key tool in markets with a high concentration of co-operative housing, such as New York City.
